Webe Is Giving Away One Year’s Worth Of Mobile Data and More

After launching a crowdbacking platform earlier this year, here comes yet another campaign fromWebe in preparation for its official launch later this year. However, the new 850 by webe contest – a clear reference to the telco’s 850MHz LTE band – is a much more traditional marketing exercise as opposed to the previous community-driven campaign.

Taking place within the next seven weeks, one of the prizes has definitely intrigued us though which is 1-year worth of mobile data access. According to the contest’s FAQ, the top 100 users in the scoreboard will apparently receive the 1-year worth of free data from webe. In addition to that, the telco will also be giving away other prizes through additional challenges and lucky draws including vouchers from the telco’s partners, trip to a private island in Belize, chauffeured car for a year, trip to a castle in Manchester, Huawei Mate 8, Samsung S7 Edge, and ZTE V7 Lite.
