Huawei Introduces TalkBand B3, Now Smarter & Sleeker-Looking

If you don’t fancy the TalkBand B1 or the B2, Huawei’s latest take on its hybrid wearable may be for you. Dubbed as the TalkBand B3, it now boasts more smart features and a sleeker design.

What makes the TalkBand wearables unique is the fact that it doubles as a Bluetooth headset when the “core” of the smartband – which acts as the earpiece – is taken out. Not surprisingly, this feature is retained on the TalkBand B3, along with a more refined design; it definitely looks more stylish than its predecessors.



Other specifications of the TalkBand B3 include iOS and Android compatibility, a 0.7-inch 128 x 80 PMOLED display, as well as a 91mAh battery, which will supposedly provide up to either six hours of call time, four days of typical use, or six days of standby time. The B3 can also track your sleep quality and a more accurate activity tracking over its predecessors.

There are three variants of the Huawei TalkBand B3: Classic, Elite, and Active. Aside from their names, these models have different straps for different types of usage: the Classic has a leather strap, the Elite a metal one, and the Active has a more durable, sporty strap.



As for retail prices, the Active TalkBand B3 goes for 169 euro (about RM750), while the Classic retails at 199 euro (approximately RM885). The most costly variant, the Elite, is set to retail at 249 euro (around RM1,105). Naturally, local pricing and availability of the TalkBand B3 have not been revealed yet.
